This Privacy Policy explains how Creative Technology ("CT", "we", "us", "our") processes personal data when you use our games and applications distributed globally through platforms such as the App Store, Google Play and Steam (collectively, the "Services").
We use a limited set of data to operate and improve our apps and games, such as device/app diagnostics, gameplay usage, purchase status and support messages. We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, microphone recordings or camera recordings as part of normal usage.
Depending on the app, data may be processed by trusted providers (for example Firebase, RevenueCat, Branch, OneSignal and CAS Mediation partners) to support analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, attribution, notifications and ads where legally permitted. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency is used where required, and personalized ads are blocked until consent is obtained.
Time Miner notice: Time Miner uses Screen Time / Family Controls only to block apps selected by the user during focus sessions on that user's device. This Screen Time / Family Controls data is processed on-device and is not collected, stored on our servers or shared with third parties by us.
CT is the data controller for the processing described in this policy, except where third-party providers act as independent controllers under their own policies.

We do not request or intentionally process precise GPS location, contacts, microphone data or camera recordings as part of normal Service usage.
For Time Miner specifically, Screen Time / Family Controls data is used only to block user-selected apps during focus sessions on-device, and that data is not collected or shared by CT.
Some Services may attract users under 13 (or a higher age threshold depending on local law). In child-directed or child-attractive contexts, we disable ads and avoid unnecessary tracking.

Because our Services are distributed worldwide, your personal data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided under applicable laws, including contractual and technical protections used by our processors.
If a Service allows photo or other content uploads, you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to upload that content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
We may remove content that violates law, platform rules or this policy, and we may respond to valid legal and rights-holder requests.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent and request portability of personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
